"Pretty quick, though I’m not sure it’s always this smooth"
I used Cross Border Xpress last weekend and the wait was a lot shorter than I thought it would be. There were still a good number of people going through, but the lines kept moving and I never felt like we were just stuck standing around.

The staff were pointing everyone in the right direction, which helped keep things from getting confusing. I was expecting it to feel packed and stressful, but it ended up being easy. That said, I do wonder if I just caught it on a good day, so I’m not totally sure the experience is always this smooth. I’d still use it again, though.

"Easy and stress-free crossing"
The crossing was really simple, and finding the transport connections afterward was easier than I expected. I was traveling with my brother, and we both got to our ride without any stress. The signs were clear enough, and the staff pointed us in the right direction when we needed it. saved us a lot of time.

"Decent accessibility, but the signs confused me a bit"
The elevators were working fine, which was helpful, but I found the signs kind of confusing in a few spots. Maybe it was just me, but I had to stop and double-check where I was going a couple of times.

"I used CBX last weekend i was kind..."
I used CBX last weekend i was kind of worried about finding a restroom while crossing. Turns out it was totally fine — there were bathrooms before and after the bridge, and they were Easy to spot.

They were open, not too crowded, and clean for a travel spot. It made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful, eSpecially with kids along.

"Comfortable wait, no complaints"
The seats were comfortable enough that sitting around didn’t really bother me. The whole wait felt easy and smooth. Personally, I’d say it was a good experience overall

"Surprisingly Good Food Inside"
I was not expecting much, because places like this usually have the most basic, overpriced snacks and call it a day. But I grabbed a coffee and some tacos, and they were actually really good. Like, why are the food options better here than at some places that are literally supposed to specialize in food? Huge pleasant surprise.

"Convenient early hours, easy to plan around"
I used Cross Border Xpress super early in the morning, and it was nice that the hours lined up well with my flight. I didn’t feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I do wish the info online had been a little clearer before I got there, but overall it was a smooth experience. Randomly, I still remember there was this one vending machine light flickering near where I was waiting, which is probably the weirdest detail to stick with me.

"Super Easy Parking Experience"
Parking at Cross Border Xpress was a breeze. The signs were easy to follow, I found a spot quickly, and the walk to the bridge wasn’t far at all. Coming back was just as simple, which made the whole process feel really stress-free. I’d definitely park here again.

"I’m tired of everything having extra steps and..."
I’m tired of everything having extra steps and fees these days, but this did make the crossing a lot easier. The price felt fair for how much hassle it saved us, even if it’s not exactly cheap. I’d probably use it again just for the convenience, but it would be nice if the fees were a little lower.

Like I said, the luggage carts were super easy to find, and there were plenty of them around. It made crossing through the area way easier, like I said, especially with bags in tow.

I mean, overall it was a convenient crossing, it did make getting through a lot easier. But yeah, the lines were still kind of annoying, especially when you’re just standing there waiting and it feels like it’s taking forever. So, like, useful for sure, but not totally stress-free...

"WiFi was better than I expected"
I crossed quickly, and to my surprise, my phone stayed connected the whole time. The WiFi worked well too, and I had no trouble sending messages while I was waiting

Used CBX with two suitcases it went smoothly. Didn’t have to drag my bags around much, and the signs made it easy to figure out where to go. Had a small wait at the checkpoint, but nothing too bad. Overall, good experience.

"Felt safe using CBX, even later at night"
I used Cross Border Xpress on my last trip, i felt safe pretty much the whole time. There were security people around in a few different spots, maybe every couple hundred feet or so, and the check-in process felt organized enough that I never had that “where am I supposed to go?” feeling.

I was there later in the evening, probably around 9 or 10, and it still felt calm, well lit, and watched over. A couple staff members pointed me in the right direction, the place looked clean, and as someone traveling alone, that made a big difference. I’d use CBX again.
